Michael Saylor’s Strategy owns 3% of Bitcoin in circulation after latest purchase

Michael Saylor's Strategy now controls over 3% of all Bitcoin ever created, acquiring 6,220 more for $739.8 million. The company's total holdings have reached 607,770 Bitcoin, valued at approximately $72 billion. Strategy plans to offer 5 million shares of preferred stock to further fund Bitcoin purchases, as its common shares have surged 3,500% since it began investing in Bitcoin.
