Aviva Investors and Ripple have launched a tokenised share class of the Aviva Investors US Dollar Liquidity Fund on the XRP Ledger, adding another regulated real-world asset product to XRPL.

Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva plc, said the new share class allows eligible investors to access the USD Liquidity Fund in tokenised form. The product is issued on the XRP Ledger, with custody support from Komainu and tokenisation infrastructure from Licuido.

The launch marks the first tokenisation of an Aviva Investors fund. The firm said the tokenised share class follows its earlier partnership with Ripple and keeps the same investment objective, risk profile, liquidity features, and regulatory protections as the conventional fund.
