Microsoft posted on its status page that users may experience degraded functionality with Exchange Online. The company said it was reviewing service telemetry to identify the cause.

On the same day, OpenAI’s ChatGPT Work also went down. The enterprise AI agent was unavailable for roughly three hours, leaving users across multiple plans unable to start or continue tasks.
