Router Protocol Shuts Down and Burns 303M ROUTE Tokens

Router Protocol said it will cease all operations by September 30, 2026, after efforts to commercialize, license or sell its technology failed. The shutdown will include a planned permanent burn of 303,333,198 ROUTE tokens from the project’s treasury, equal to roughly 30% of the token’s nearly 1 billion maximum supply.
